Oats are a great option for your suhoor and breakfast thanks to their ability to balance blood sugar, be gut-friendly and keep you full for a long time! The beta-glucan fiber in it absorbs water in the stomach, becomes gel-like and prolongs the feeling of fullness by slowing down digestion.
