Ingredients
- •6-7 tablespoons oat flour
- •3-4 dates (you can increase according to your sweet needs)
- •2-3 tablespoons milk
- •2 teaspoons cocoa
- •30g protein powder (if you don't use protein powder, you can add peanut butter)
- •Frozen cherries (for filling)
- •40-50g dark chocolate (for topping)
- •Walnuts (for topping)
Instructions
- 1Put oat flour, dates, milk, cocoa and protein powder in a bowl.
- 2Mix all ingredients and get a homogeneous consistency.
- 3Knead the mixture with your hands and shape it.
- 4Put frozen cherries between the shaped brownie bites.
- 5Freeze the prepared brownie bites for 30-60 minutes.
- 6Melt the dark chocolate for the topping.
- 7Add walnuts to the melted chocolate.
- 8Spread the chocolate and walnut mixture on the brownie bites.
- 9Freeze again for 30-60 minutes.
- 10Ready for your snack!
