Ingredients

  • 6-7 tablespoons oat flour
  • 3-4 dates (you can increase according to your sweet needs)
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 30g protein powder (if you don't use protein powder, you can add peanut butter)
  • Frozen cherries (for filling)
  • 40-50g dark chocolate (for topping)
  • Walnuts (for topping)

Instructions

  1. 1Put oat flour, dates, milk, cocoa and protein powder in a bowl.
  2. 2Mix all ingredients and get a homogeneous consistency.
  3. 3Knead the mixture with your hands and shape it.
  4. 4Put frozen cherries between the shaped brownie bites.
  5. 5Freeze the prepared brownie bites for 30-60 minutes.
  6. 6Melt the dark chocolate for the topping.
  7. 7Add walnuts to the melted chocolate.
  8. 8Spread the chocolate and walnut mixture on the brownie bites.
  9. 9Freeze again for 30-60 minutes.
