Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Put banana, frozen strawberries and milk in a blender.
  2. 2Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  4. 4Add chia seeds, granola and fresh fruits on top.
  5. 5Serve with optional honey.
