Ingredients
- •1 banana
- •1 cup frozen strawberries
- •1/2 cup milk or almond milk
- •1 tablespoon chia seeds
- •1/2 cup granola
- •Fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
- •Honey (optional)
Instructions
- 1Put banana, frozen strawberries and milk in a blender.
- 2Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
- 3Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- 4Add chia seeds, granola and fresh fruits on top.
- 5Serve with optional honey.
