Ingredients
- •2 slices whole grain bread
- •1 ripe avocado
- •1/2 lemon juice
- •Salt and black pepper
- •Red pepper flakes (optional)
- •1 egg (optional)
Instructions
- 1Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and put the flesh in a bowl.
- 2Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper and mash with a fork to make a puree.
- 3Toast the bread.
- 4Spread the avocado puree on the toasted bread.
- 5You can optionally add a fried egg on top.
- 6Serve by sprinkling red pepper flakes.
