Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and put the flesh in a bowl.
  2. 2Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper and mash with a fork to make a puree.
  3. 3Toast the bread.
  4. 4Spread the avocado puree on the toasted bread.
  5. 5You can optionally add a fried egg on top.
  6. 6Serve by sprinkling red pepper flakes.
